  1. Employment Status: Zero Hour Contract. Work subject to Availability


  2. Job Description: dependant on the Role. I must be able to complete all duties within my role to a competent standard


  3. Remuneration: Salary is dependent on working facility and hours. Varies between Homes.


  4. Working Hours: Shifts are varied for hours Notice Period: Statutory Notice Period. If Staff haven't worked for 2 months the Company reserves full rights to remove the staff Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure: The worker may be required to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information they come across during employment. Termination: The Employer reserves the right to terminate Employment Non-Compete Clause: Please see below

*Important*

As a worker of VCare I must:

-          Not approach any Carehome/Nursing home/Residential home that VCare has assigned them to for a permanent/ Bank role.

-          Not accept any permanent role at any Carehome/Nursing home/Residential home that VCare has assigned them to.

-          Inform VCare of any role offered or any approach in relation to a possible job by any person at VCare contracted Care homes/Nursing Homes/Residential Centres.

Should I wish to apply/ accept a permanent role:

-          I will inform VCare.

-          As the connection between myself and the care home is via VCare, I will ask the Carehome to contact VCare regarding the offer.



Payslips

-          Payslips are to be requested and will be sent via email.

-          The maximum lump of payslips that can be requested is 3 months.
